Cynthia Gwyn Kessler

Cynthia Gwyn Kessler February 17, 1912 June 22, 2004 Gwyn Kessler, a resident of San Angelo, Texas, for over forty-five years died in Austin, Texas, at the age of 92 years. She moved to Austin in 1991 to live near her only child, Pat Kinsey, and her only grandchild, Brett Branum Kinsey. She was preceded in death by husbands Herbert W. Kessler in 1987, W. C. J. Weddell in 1959, and Meade Haile in 1950, as well as her parents and her four siblings. She is survived by her daughter Pat Kinsey, her grandson Brett Kinsey and his wife Veronica, all living in Austin. Gwyn enjoyed traveling, was an avid bridge player, loved Mexican food, and spending time with her family and friends. She belonged to First Presbyterian Church in San Angelo for over forty years and loved all of the women in Mrs. Wood's Sunday school group. Grave side services will be at Fairmount Cemetery in San Angelo on Saturday, June 26, at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Craig Meyers of St. Paul Presbyterian Church officiating.
