Jessie Faye Wilson's home going was peaceful and quiet on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, in San Angelo, she was seated in a place of honor with her granddaughter Tejuana Wilson at her side.

Memorial services will be at 11:00 AM Saturday, October 8, 2022 at Gethsemane Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. William J. McClendon II, pastor, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home.

Mrs. Wilson was born February 24, 1941 to Della Mae Miller and Lloyd Wilson, Sr., in Trent. She moved to San Angelo later in life and where her beloved son was born, Anthony Don Wilson. Jessie Faye had 2 loving brothers, Jeremiah Wilson and Lloyd Wilson, Jr.; 3 sisters, Matilda Brown, Willie Jones, and Esther Mae Brown who all proceeded her into eternity, along with parents and son. She had a successful nursing career as an LVN where she helped and cared for many patients. Jessie Faye enjoyed her time with her family and close friends, often seen with a smile on her face and open arms. She will be missed.

Jessie Faye is survived by her 4 granddaughters, Tejuana Wilson of Abilene, Tra'Nasha Wilson of Dallas; Latoya Wilson and Tasha Wilson both of New Mexico; two grandsons, Darius Joseph of Dallas and Semaj Stevenson of Dayton; a great-grandson, Karmello Anthony Don Wilson of Dallas; a host of nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Robert Massie Funeral Home for seeing to the final arrangements of their beloved Jessie Faye.
