RUTH E. MILLER

Ruth E. Miller, 91, of San Angelo, passed away Tuesday, July 27, 2004 in a local nursing home. Graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, July 30, 2004 at the Grape Creek Cemetery with Mr. John Hobbs officiating. Arrangements are made by Robert Massie Funeral Home. Ruth was born June 22, 1913 in Atoka, OK to Granville and Lucy Taylor. She married Mayboy Isaac Miller on December 24, 1942 in Antlers, OK and were married for 51 years before Mr. Miller passed away on August 18, 1993. Ruth retired after 30 years of service from Johnson's Space Center at Mission Control. She was given one of the thirteen flags that went to the moon. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Granville and Lucy Taylor, her husband Mayboy Isaac Miller. Survivors are: Nephew:Granville Taylor of San Angelo Two Nieces:Phyllis Foster and husband, Mike of Sterling City Cindy Taylor of Denver, CO Numerous nieces and nephews.
