Taunetta Houts

Taunetta "Tauny" Houts, 62, passed away Thursday, March 7, 2023, at her home surrounded by family.

Memorial Service will be 10:00 AM Saturday, March 16, 2024, at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel with Pastor Brandon Clark, pastor, of Celebration Church, officiating. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home.

Mrs. Houts was born February 17, 1962 in San Angelo to Bartley and Aliene Kline. Tauny has been a lifelong resident of San Angelo. She was a 1981 graduate of Central High School. Tauny married Michael Houts on August 29, 1981 in San Angelo. She was a stocker at WalWart and later owned and operated Neenas Cleaning Co. for two years. She was a member of Celebration Church. Tauny loved being and spending time with family.

Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Michael Houts of the home; a daughter, Karen Perez and husband James of San Angelo; a son, Travis Houts and wife AnnaMarie of San Angelo; two brothers, Steve Kline of , and Larry Kline both of San Angelo; 14 grandchildren, Emiliana, Alexis Elizabeth, Isaiah Auriana, Makayla, Travis, Noah, Little Man, Kimora, Mari, Ana, Azalea, Jameson, Dion, a baby on the way. Tauny was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Darryl Kline; and two grandchildren; Baby Lewis, and Baby Frank.
