Audrey Cason Obituary

Audrey Wayne Cason, 100 plus 2 days old, passed away Saturday, October 7, 2023, in Big Spring.

There are no services scheduled at this time. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home.

Mr. Cason was born on October 5, 1923 in Wingate. He was a veteran of the US Navy serving in WWII on the USS Marblehead in the Pacific Theatre. Wayne has been a Coke County resident for over 30 years. Wayne has been married to Patsy Holden for 45 years. He was a member of the Baptist Church serving as a deacon. Wayne retired as a finance officer in San Angelo in 1992. He loved Fishing and laughing.

Survivors include his wife, Patsy Cason; a son, David Cason; a daughter, Candace Olson; a stepdaughter, Sylvia Miller; and four grandchildren. Wayne was preceded in death by two brothers, Bobby Cason, and Ray Cason.
