Fernando "Nando" Salazar, 44, passed away Wednesday, September 14, 2022, in San Angelo.

Memorial Service will be at 10:00 AM Saturday, September 17, 2022, at Jerusalem Assembly of God Church with Pastor Jon McCullough, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home.

Mr. Salazar was born November 10, 1977 in San Antonio. He has been a resident of San Angelo for 30 years where he attended Lake View High School. Nando worked for Chuck Corfield Construction for the past 2 years. Nando was a member of the Jerusalem Assembly of God. He liked watching the San Francisco 49ers, listening to music, and listening to Tony Evans. He enjoyed watching adult cartoons, and being with family and friends, especially being with his daughters. Nando was a hard worker.

Survivors include his five daughters, Elvira Rene Salazar, Alaze Rene Salazar, Haylee Salazar, Makayla Veronica Salazar, and Heidi Salazar all of Seminole; a son, Jaden Woolever of San Angelo; his mother, Julia Nolen and husband James of Martindale; his father, Jose Salazar of San Angelo; two sisters, Alma Martinez and husband Xavier of San Marcos, and Monica Taylor and husband Michael of San Angelo; five brothers, Joe Salazar of Matindale, Ramon Salazar of San Antonio, Kris Salazar and wife Amanda of San Angelo, Fabian Salazar and wife Rita of San Marcos, and Daniel Salazar and wife Evan of Georgetown. Nando was preceded in death by a sister, Veronica Salazar; and a maternal grandfather, Felix Pesina.
