Frank Richard Houts born Friday, May 20, 2022, at 4:37 PM is survived by his loving parent's, AnnaMarie Garcia and Travis Bartley-James Houts; his siblings, Travis Michael Houts, Noah Ryan Houts, Kimora Irene Houts, Maribel, Epifanio Jr, AnaLisa Garcia and Emiliana Roman; his grandparents, Debora A. Fernandez; and Michael and Tauny Houts; great grandparent, Shirley Thomas; and by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A Memorial service will be at 6:00 PM Friday, June 3, 2022, at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home.
