Hilda Felicitas Sentena

Hilda Felictas Sentena, 66, passed away Saturday, July 1, 2023 in San Angelo.

Public viewing will be from 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM with the rosary being prayed at 6:00 PM Thursday, July 6, 2023, at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel. Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Friday, July 7, 2023, at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel. Burial will follow at Fairmount Cemetery under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home.

Mrs. Sentena was born June 2, 1957 in Acuña Coahuila, Mexico to Lucio Ramirez Mendez and Maria Munoz Tellez. Hilda was a CNA at Baptist Memorial Center and was a home health provider. She was a wonderful mother who was always there when the family needed her. Hilda loved cooking especially on Sunday mornings. She enjoyed playing Bingo at Strike it Rich Bingo and going to the casinos. Hilda was loved by family and she had many friends that will miss her.

Survivors include her children, Griselda Rivas and husband Alfredo Flores of San Angelo, DoraLinda Rivas Avilez and husband Rogelio of Winter Garden, Florida, Jose Rivas and wife Maria de Leon of San Angelo, Juan Manuel Rivas and wife Alejandra Torres of San Angelo, Viviana Rivas of San Angelo, Leonela Estrada of San Angelo, and Vanessa Rivas of San Angelo; 46 grandchildren - two she raised as her own, Ariel San Agustín, and Elizabeth Torres; her mother, Maria J. Munoz Tellez of Del Rio; 37 great grandchildren; her siblings, Pedro Cervantez and wife Patrica of Del Rio, Jose Alberto Cervantez and wife Marisol of Del Rio, Angelica Maria Chacon and husband Wencelao of San Angelo, Juan Cervantez and wife Analilia of Del Rio, and Jose Alfredo Cervantez of Del Rio. Hilda was preceded in death by her father, Lucio Ramirez Mendez; her husband Jose Raul Rivas Cardona; and a sister, Anabelia Cervantez.
