Louise Miller, 100, passed away Tuesday, October 31, 2023, in San Angelo.
Public viewing will be from 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM Friday, November 3, 2023, at Robert Massie Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM Saturday, November 4, 2023, at First Baptist Church Leavell Chapel with Rev. Greg Breedlove, pastor, officiating.
Mrs. Miller was born May 31, 1923 in Waco to Guy and Mary Davis. Louise has been a resident of San Angelo since 1925 where she graduated from San Angelo High School and attended San Angelo Junior College. She worked at the Goodfellow Field Weather Office from September 1942 until September 1944. Louise married Eugene Dale Miller on September 23, 1944 in San Angelo. He preceded her in death on February 9, 2018. She was a homemaker and worked at Livestock Weekly from 1975 until 1985. Louise was a member of the First Baptist Church for over 75 years, where she loved attending Sunday School. She loved flower gardening, camping, traveling, and working in her yard.
Survivors include a son, David Eugene Miller and wife Kay of Pittsburg; a daughter, Mary Milhauser and husband David of San Angelo; a sister, Linda Nolan and wife John of San Angelo; three grandchildren, Rachel, Shawn, and Matt; and two great grandchildren, Corbin, and Maxwell. Louise was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Don Miller; a grandson, Christopher; and two sisters, Nancy Kennedy, and Sue Slate
