Maricela Jimenez Martinez

Maricela J. Martinez, 70, passed away Tuesday, August 31, 2021, at her home surrounded by family.

Public viewing will be from 9:00 AM until 8:00 PM Friday, September 3, 2021, at Robert Massie Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, September 4, 2021, at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel with Pastor Santos Becerra, officiating. Burial will follow at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home.

Mrs. Martinez was born March 8, 1951 in Acuna, Mexico to Rafael and Dolores Jimenez. Maricela has been a resident of San Angelo since 1977. Maricela was a very well known seamstress, who was blessed with a beautiful talent. She was a former member of Centro Cristiano Emanuel. Maricela loved to cook and feeding all her family. She also enjoyed listening to Christian Music.

Survivors include her husband, Alfredo E. Martinez; children, Griselda Perez, Sylvia Lorena Perez, and Mario Cesar Perez; nine grandchildren, Ruby, Anthony, Brittany, Alyssa, Miranda, Atalie, Clarissa, Pete, and Desiree; 16 great grandchildren; five brothers, Rafael Jimenez and wife Patricia, David Jimenez and wife Margarita, Josue Jimenez and wife Margarita, Benjamin Jimenez, Samuel Jimenez and wife Yara; two sisters, Maria Antonia Salas, and Sylvia Chavez and husband Jose Luis.
